This weekend saw celebrations a plenty as the Riga annual AGM and a BBQ was held at Alex’s house. It’s been a great year for the Club with three NVL teams and a strong recreational section with growing numbers so there was plenty to celebrate! And you can read all about it this year in the annual report – available from any committee member. Festivities got off with a good debate around our venues and potential options on how we could improve the offering for our members. We then took a break for excellent BBQed food (thanks to chef Jools for manning the BBQ!).
After the BBQ we had officers elections and this year have lots of new faces on the committee as we expand the opportunities for our volunteers to get involved. And Alex was presented with the Presidents award as a massive thank you for all she’s done for the Club in the last year. Your new committee are photographed and for 2019/20 season will be:-
